Key steps to selling your property in Monaco
Step 1: Define Your Needs and Budget

Step 3: Organizing Viewings

Step 4: Submit Your Application
We help compile your application, including:
– Pre-contract (Engagement de Location)
– ID, proof of address, bank details, and solvency documents
– Initial payment: deposit, registration fees, and agency fees (10% of annual rent + 20% VAT).
Step 5: Approval and Lease Signing
Once approved, the lease is signed, and we register it with Monaco’s tax authorities. You’ll receive your copy to finalize residency applications.
Step 6: Move-In Inspection
A detailed property inspection and inventory are conducted and signed by both parties.
Step 7: Insurance and Utilities
